Mason Jar Event Group, the company behind the gourmet dinners, specializes in themed events intended to provide the ultimate experience in Colorado. The company puts on group yoga classes and a number of culinary experiences, including the cannabis dinners. Mason Jar Event Group travels around Colorado to provide its services to as many towns as possible.

So what does the dinner entail, exactly? The four-course menu changes depending on the time of year and it utilizes in-season ingredients. For $200, you can join a group for an intimate dinner prepared by award-winning chefs, enjoying each dish with a different kind of marijuana.

Last fall’s menu consisted of dishes like slow-cooked pork shoulder with mole rojo, charred root veggies, green rice and escabeche accompanied by Headquarters Cannabis Company’s Black Cherry Soda heritage strain.
