Chocolate lovers, get ready. Choco-Story New York, The Chocolate Museum and Experience, is making its debut in New York City.

Jacques Torres, the master pastry chef otherwise known as “Mr. Chocolate,” is behind the project, which will open at his Soho store. According to Eater, chocolate making and tasting are on offer.

Torres opened a 40,000 square-foot chocolate factory in Brooklyn in 2014. When he spoke to CBS News about the project at the time, his enthusiasm for the sweet treat couldn’t be more clear.

He called the space “a happy place” and said, “I love to see customers just smile. They just smile and look around and feel happy.”

The Chocolate Museum in New York is not the first of its kind. Hershey’s Pennsylvania-based Chocolate World allows you to “treat yourself to an assortment of one-of-kind experiences and discover the sweetest feeling of pure happiness.” The Chocolate Museum in St. Stephen, Canada features an interactive experience on candy-making with hands-on exhibits, vintage chocolate boxes, and antique candy-making equipment and machines.

Torres’ attraction is only the latest sweets-inspired exhibit to hit the Big Apple. Last year, The Museum of Ice Cream took the Meatpacking District by storm and dominated Instagram feeds with its pool of sprinkles, edible balloons and delicious tastings. The Ice Cream Museum is now making its way to the West Coast.
