This Colorado Aerial Park Is For The Bravest Souls Alive

@brandiwood

Do you consider yourself to be an adventure junkie who’s up for anything and everything? If so, you need to head to Browns Canyon Adventure Park in Buena Vista, Colorado to see what you’re really made of. Not that we think you couldn’t handle it, but…well, you might not be able to handle it.

The aerial park is like a massive jungle gym for adults, only the activities are so extreme that you have to wear a helmet and other protective gear.

The park offers four “courses” to complete, as well as two high-adrenaline challenges.

The Arkansas River Run is an introductory course for those who want to test the waters. It includes two zip lines.

If want to to kick your experience up a notch, go for the Vertical Limit, which is the most “vertical” course in the park. The course is reminiscent of American Ninja Warrior in that the obstacles become more difficult as you climb, and you’ll have to literally crawl your way to the top to ring the bell.

Aside from the intensive courses, you can take a break to complete a shorter high-adrenaline challenge like the Big Drop Swing. This challenge drops you and a few friends 40 feet in mere seconds as you swing toward the Arkansas river.

You can also choose the Leap of Faith challenge in which you climb 25 feet to a platform and then freefall to a trapeze bar suspended in front of you.

If you think you can handle the thrill, you have to check out this park for yourself. We’ll be rooting for you every step of the way.
