1. Life Hack Of The Day: Target Edition

If you’re a Target fan, you need to know this sale and markdown hack. If the last digit on the price tag is an eight, that item’s price may be reduced further. If the last digit on the price tag is a four, that’s the lowest it’ll go.

2. Workout Of The Week: Stability Ball Hamstring Curls

Lie on your back on the floor with your heels resting on the top of the stability ball and your arms resting by your sides with your palms pressing into the floor. Using your core and glutes, lift your hips off the floor to form a straight line with your body from your shoulders to your heels. Now, use your hamstrings to bend your knees and roll the ball in toward your back as you hold your hips steady in the air. Slowly release to the bridge position. Complete 10 to 15 hamstring curls before lowering your body back down to the floor entirely. [Swirled]

3. What To Watch: “The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley”

This documentary on HBO unravels the world of Elizabeth Holmes — the blood testing entrepreneur — and her company Theranos. It’s an intense ride of investor scamming, voice changing, green juice, secrets and an obsession with Steve Jobs. [HBO]

4. What to Read: “Where The Crawdads Sings” by Delia Owens

One of Reese Witherspoon’s top picks, “Where The Crawdads Sings” is a coming-of-age story that takes place on the coast of North Carolina. Between its exploration of the protagonist’s unique life, its beautiful descriptions of our natural world and a possible murder storyline, we bet you won’t be able to put it down. [Amazon]

5. What To Listen To: The Murder Squad

If you can’t get enough true crime drama in your life, it’s time to tune into The Murder Squad. Be the armchair detective you know you want to be and join retired cold case investigator Paul Holes and investigative journalist Billy Jensen as they attempt to solve an unsolved murder case using a variety of methods from DNA research to good, old-fashioned detective work. [The Murder Squad]

7. R&R: Raw Honey Scalp Treatment

Soothe your dry scalp and minimize dandruff with a raw honey scalp treatment. Dilute raw honey with water (so the mix is approximately 90 percent honey and 10 percent water), massage the mixture into your scalp for two to three minutes and let it sit for three hours before rinsing it out. 8. What To Eat: Avo-Choco Mousse

The most amazing dessert mousse is super easy to make and only requires a few ingredients, including (surprise!) avocado. The green goddess is mixed with cacao powder, vanilla, a sweetener of your choice and chilled coconut milk to create the silky, sweet treat. That’s right — it’s even vegan for your plant-based friends! [Swirled]

9. Dream Destination: Barcelona, Spain

After a morning visiting the Picasso Museum and the infamously unfinished La Sagrada Familia cathedral, relax with plates of tapas and let the sangria flow. Or hike to Jardins del Turó de la Rovira for a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Your options are endless. [Swirled]

10. Wild Card: 7 Non-Alcoholic Cocktails To Serve At Your Next Dinner Party
