Boom, boom, boom, do you hear them starting? We’re guessing the answer is yes since July 4th is upon us and the fireworks are popping. As we celebrate Independence Day, here are some of the best fireworks displays in the good ol’ United States.

San Diego Big Bay Boom

San Diego launches fireworks from boats in San Diego Bay from multiple locations so that there are spectacular vistas lit up from different angles over the water.

Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular

Boston’s fireworks display comes with a concert, this year headlined by Rachel Platten of “Fight Song” fame. It all goes down on the esplanade, but you can see the lights from further away, too.

Nashville Let Freedom Sing!

Music City brings the concert-meets-fireworks concept to another level because, well, of course, they do. This year? Lady Antebellum and a whole bunch of other country stars take the stage.

St. Louis Fair Saint Louis

They call it America’s biggest birthday party because, in St. Louis, there’s an entire fair centered around the fireworks. The actual display is set off from the famous Gateway Arch for an even more dramatic effect.

Lake Tahoe Lights On The Lake

Lake Tahoe is gorgeous in the daylight and at night, but on July 4th, those pretty views are magnified when the fireworks start above the lake.
