We’ve Got You Covered With These Pumpkin-Inspired Fall Foods
As soon as it starts to feel like fall outside, you know it’s time to bring out that inner pumpkin-loving demon that you pretend to hide for most of the year. You can run away from PSLs all you want, but that doesn’t mean you need to avoid pumpkin-inspired products altogether. Here are the best pumpkin foods to get your hands on this fall.
1. Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee
When you’re tired of Starbucks’ PSL routine, Dunkin’ makes a more low-key option for you. The coffee and donut chain is offering customers a line of bottled Pumpkin Spice iced coffee. This line of ready-to-drink iced coffee beverages is available for a limited time across all grocery stores, drugstores and convenience stores that sell Dunkin’ beverages. The bottled Pumpkin Spice iced coffee is made with Arabica coffee beans, real milk and sugar.
2. Pumpkin Bagels
C’mon guys, everyone needs a pumpkin bagel every now and then. Trader Joe’s sells bags of pumpkin bagels that are made with pumpkin flour and pumpkin spices. The golden bagels are even better with TJ’s pumpkin cream cheese or a cinnamon, sugar and butter trio.
3. Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream
For all of those times when you can’t access a real pumpkin pie, this 360-calorie pint of Halo Top’s Pumpkin Pie flavor might do the trick. You’ll find hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla with chewy chunks of “crust crumble” in each pint.
4. Pumpkin Mole Sauce
Okay, this Pumpkin Mole from Salsaology changes the game. If you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine, you know a good mole sauce when you see one. It’s usually made with ingredients like fruit, chili pepper, nuts and spices like black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and most importantly, chocolate. This Pumpkin Mole sauce has a blend of chiles with pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and fall spices. It’ll be perfect with any kind of protein dish, over your vegetables or in your favorite pasta dish.
5. Pumpkin Biscotti
Biscotti are one of the only cookies that are acceptably hard. They’re often baked twice to stand up to all of the tea and coffee dunking. These Pumpkin Biscotti from Trader Joe’s are made with pumpkin puree and spices. We’ll be dunking these in hot apple cider this season.
6. Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter
People really love cookie butter. It’s great for toast, desserts, pancakes, ice cream or licked straight off of the spoon. This cookie butter is Pumpkin Spice flavor. It’s made with crushed Speculoos cookies, spices and pumpkin.

We love Annie’s mac and cheese. It’s one of the only boxed mac and cheeses out there that’s somewhat health-conscious. We’re pretty excited that this plant-based flavor exists with pumpkin and sweet potatoes. This vegan flavor is perfect for all of your fall mac and cheese cravings.
9. Pumpkin Flax Granola
Pumpkin-flavored granola doesn’t have to scream pumpkin spice. This organic granola from Nature’s Path Organic is made with pumpkin seeds and flax. You’ll get in your daily dose of Omega-3’s without all of that extra sugar that comes in most pumpkin spice foods.
