1. Workout of the Week: Double Crunches
You can get a great workout by using just your body weight, and what better way to start than with double crunches? Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on your mat and hands behind your head with your elbows reaching wide. As you exhale, simultaneously lift your knees toward your center and your upper body toward your knees, forming a little ball in the middle of the crunch. As you inhale, lower down to the starting position to complete one rep. Repeat 15 times. [Swirled]
