13 Libations You Can Turn Into Boozy Popsicles

@beautifulbooze

Boozy popsicles are a pretty rad concept, but it’s not as easy as throwing some liquor in a mold and forgetting about it in the freezer. You can’t freeze vodka, gin or whiskey alone in the standard freezer since ethanol has such a low freezing point. The ABV of the alcohol you’re working with should be around 8 percent for the best chance at a solid pop that won’t turn to slush. Most recipes will tell you the right ratio of alcohol to other liquids, but double check if you’re not sure. Here are 13 boozy drinks that you can turn into refreshing popsicles.
