No, your eyes are not deceiving you. The world’s first all-avocado restaurant is happening, and it’s set to open in Brooklyn.

The establishment, Avocaderia, is run by an all-Italian team, all under the age of 30. The concept of a quick-serve all-avocado bar came from their love of avocados and love for healthy food. Located in Brooklyn’s Industry City, Avocaderia will feature raw ingredients and non-invasive cooking methods to highlight the full flavor potential of their all-organic avocados.

Culinary influences will range from Mexican (pico de Gallo) to Japanese (shichimi) and Egyptian (duqqa), as well as a variety of other cuisines.

You can expect a menu of smoothies, salads, yes, avocado toast, and filling bowls. It goes without saying, every dish is packed with the healthy-fat superfood.
