This All-Pink Restaurant Is Outrageous

@harperandbleu

If you’re obsessed with the color pink, you’re going to scream over this all-pink restaurant that just opened in New York City.

The restaurant, Pietro Nolita, features seasonal menus and “healthy Italian” fare while its decor is reminiscent of a 1950’s diner. The spot serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and brunch involves lots of Italian egg dishes, fresh bread and — of course — pink cocktails.

Talk about the perfect girls’ brunch, right?!

Beyond the drinks, the menu has a variety of choices in the restaurant’s signature hue. Spaghetti with tomato sauce and ricotta, baked goat cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and lots of prosciutto are on offer, giving you the full pink experience.

The walls, seats, placemats and even the bar are bright pink. Vivid green houseplants and ambient lightening enhance the experience, making for a truly perfect Instagrammable scene. Not long after opening, the restaurant began hosting events and photo shoots. The restaurant has received a lot of press (and positive, at that) since its debut.

We’d love to have the all-pink immersive experience. Just imagine the photos! Swoon.

Co-owners Mina Soliman and Pietro Quaglia say they have no intention of throwing food coloring in their dishes and instead color all of their foods naturally with fresh ingredients like beet juice. Most importantly, they say “it’s not meant to be gimmicky.” We respect that 100 percent.

We love the restaurant’s pink flare, but we’re mostly pumped to try the Italian food. Diners have raved about the authenticity and freshness of the dishes, so there really is no losing here.

Pretty-in-pink vibe meets incredible Italian food? We’ll take it any day.
