Pegu Club Is Part Cocktail Lounge, Part Colonial Paradise
[tw-divider]The Scoop[/tw-divider]
- Now open for more than a decade, Pegu Club is named after the 19th century clubhouse for British colonial officers stationed in Burma (now Myanmar). The bar shares the same signature drink as the original, a gin-based cocktail also called the Pegu Club
- Legendary New York mixologist Audrey Saunders is behind Pegu Club’s outstanding cocktail menu, favorites of which include the Pisco Punch, the Gin-Gin Mule, and the Earl Grey MarTEAni. For groups larger than eight, call the bar to make a reservation
- Fortify yourself for the powerful cocktails with some snacks from the Asian-influenced food menu: jungle-style summer rolls, chicken lollipops, Mandalay coconut shrimp, and crispy squid
