Dutch Kills Is Where A Cocktail Legend Leaves His Legacy

- Dutch Kills was one of the last projects of Sasha Petraske, the noted mixologist who is credited with establishing the very concept of the craft cocktail bar in New York. Petraske opened Milk & Honey in 1999, and paved the way for the elegant speakeasies you see everywhere. He died suddenly in 2015, at the age of 42
- The food, including meat pies, tomato tarts, and sometimes pasta, comes from the Michelin-starred steakhouse M. Wells
- During happy hour (5-7pm Sunday through Thursday), the bar offers a selection of four cocktails, all of which are $8. The selection changes, but features rum, vodka, tequila, and whiskey
