2017 is already an interesting year between coffee in a cone and other exciting food trends, but this flip on traditional whipped cream is intriguing us beyond explanation. Food&Wine is among few publications that picked up on the trend and a number of renowned chefs have experimented with savory whipped cream as part of seasonal menus, but something is missing…a social presence?
