• Slowly Shirley is the subterranean, Hollywood Golden Age-inspired cocktail lounge from Jon Neidich and Jim Kearns, formerly of ACME and The NoMad Hotel, respectively. The menu features food from The Happiest Hour, the pair’s restaurant just above the bar

• The extensive cocktail menu is all thanks to Jim Kearns, an alum of Pegu Club and Death & Co. Drinks are divided into Aperitif, Evening, Shaken, and Stirred, and then there are the three families of classic cocktails: old fashioneds, Manhattans, and martinis

• The multicultural snacks menu, courtesy of The Happiest Hour, features items like the Bonsai Chicken with Japanese Kewpie mayo, smoked fish dip with fennel and celery, and the very vintage-sounding Devils on Horseback, or prosciutto-wrapped dates
