This California Bake Shop Makes All Of Your Favorite Pop Culture Icons Into Macarons

Do you ever wish you could eat a Hey Arnold-shaped macaron? Well, thanks to California macaron shop Honey and Butter you can. The spot turns pop culture icons — ranging from Rugrats to RuPaul — into intricate fluffy French-style macarons. Everything from the shells to the buttercream filling is made from scratch every day.

All of the macarons are hand-piped and the different “creature macarons” are all decorated by hand as well. Since these treats are made in fairly small batches, you never know what to expect when you walk into the bake shop.

On top of all of these pop-culture creations, the store’s daily macaron flavors include Sea Salted Caramel, Vanilla Bean, Cookie Butter, Nutella, Matcha, Churro, Milk and Honey, French Toast Crunch, Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt, Enchanted Berries, Fruity Pebbles and Oreo. All of the macaron shells are made with almond flour, sugar, egg whites and water.
