a welcomed 91-seat West Village addition — in a space that previously housed the beloved Grange Hall, The Blue Mill Tavern, and most recently, Harold Moore’s Commerce - Ecuador-based executive chef Luis Jaramillo, showcases new-American cuisine with Latin-American influences. Chef Jaramillo’s menu flaunts local and seasonal ingredients while incorporating ethnic spices and flavors from his South American heritage
- Order a few champion seafood dishes like the fluke ceviche, Mediterranean octopus, and butterflied whole trout, and if you’re in the mood for red meat, try the tomato-braised goat ribs.
