Burger Night At The Pines Will Make Hump Day The Best Day

A great man once said that Wednesdays are burger days. We’re not actually sure if someone really said that but the fine folks at The Pines in Gowanus, Brooklyn have declared that Wednesdays be synonymous with hamburgers for the foreseeable future.

Swing by this quirky hideaway on hump day and you’ll be treated to a decadent, happy valley grass-fed burger served with white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and house-made BBQ sauce on a toasty sesame seed bun. A side of zesty pickled jalapenos and fries flanks the burger.

The dish will set you back $18 and we suggest you pull up a seat at the beautiful, rustic-fitted wooden bar and snag a glass of beer or one of the quirky ciders on the spirits list. After your meal, walk off that burger and swing by Lavender Lake, a quaint cocktail bar that sits just across the Gowanus canal.

Now that’s a heck of a Wednesday night.
