This Thursday, December 1, learn how to make your own wood-fired pizza, courtesy of the pros at Roberta’s, the Brooklyn pizza haven that put Bushwick on the map.
You’ll learn how to make the perfect pizza dough, stretch out your pie, and get to cook them in the same wood-fired ovens Roberta’s uses in its restaurants.
Tickets are $125 a person and include beer, wine, and pizza. Class starts 6:30pm.
