Renegade Wine Dinner Series At Pearl & Ash Is Totally Awesome

The awesome oyster happy hour isn’t the only reason to hit up Pearl & Ash, the elegant small-plates restaurant on the Bowery. Every other Tuesday at 6:30pm, Pearl & Ash sommelier Patrick Cappiello hosts the Renegade Wine Dinner, a supper series highlighting under-the-radar wines from different parts of the world.

Each dinner has a dedicated theme (Biodynamic Bordeaux, Ladies’ Night, California vs. Italy, and Greatest Hits, to name a few from the past) and a menu designed to complement each wine selection.
