Get Ready For A Pig And Goat Roast From Insa Korean BBQ And Fleishers

On Saturday, October 1, Sycamore Bar & Flower Shop in Brooklyn will host a pig and goat roast, featuring pastured-raised, grass-fed meat from Fleishers Craft Butchery, plus sauces and sides from Insa, the Korean BBQ and karaoke restaurant in Gowanus.

Seatings for the Pig & Goat Roast will be held at 1, 3, and 5pm.

For $30, guests will get a big plate of food, a pint of beer, and two raffle tickets for a bunch of different prizes: butchery classes, fancy knives from Wüsthof, karaoke at Insa, drinks, flower crowns, and more.

The raffle will benefit Heritage Foods’ No Goat Left Behind, an initiative designed to introduce Americans to goat meat and establish a more sustainable end market for dairy animals.
