Get Ready For One Week Of Burgers And Bordeaux At Wallflower, Bowery Meat Co., Acme And More
From September 18th through the 24th, OpenTable and Duclot La Vinicole are hosting a special week of Burgers & Bordeaux at nearly 40 New York City restaurants. Each restaurant will serve its own signature burger alongside a special pairing of wine from the Bordeaux region of France, courtesy of Duclot.

Rider Burger: 6 oz. of DeBragga beef on a bed of cabbage mixed with Russian dressing and horseradish. Topped with American cheese, dill-pickled onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
Dry aged ground beef burger stuffed with bone marrow & shallot confit, sauce Bordelaise, Saint-André cheese on a Parker House Roll. Paired with Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, Le Petit Caillou 2012.
The Cecil Burger: Grilled wagyu, gruyère, vidalia onion spread, and smoked pork belly.

Heirloom Bean Burger: Cashew, onions, fermented green pepper, bib lettuce (vegan)
Double Stack Burger: Reading, bacon jam, pickled onion, roasted tomato.
American Cut
American Cut’s “In-house burger” blends dry aged rib-eye, brisket & short rib with caramelized onions & beer cheese. Paired with the Piliers de Maison Blanche from St. Emilion. Available bar area only.
