GG’s x Kronnerburger Dinner: The East Village Meets the West Coast

On Thursday, October 27, gourmet Alphabet City pizza joint GG’s will host chef Chris Kronner — chef and owner of the Bay Area’s beloved Kronnerburger — for a special collaboration dinner.

Chef Kronner will be in the kitchen cooking alongside GG’s chef Bobby Hellen and the menu will feature items from Kronnerburger, as well as a special GG’s x Kronnerburger pizza with beef, cheese curd, and a bone marrow vinaigrette.

The full menu is as follows:

  • Kronnerburger with dry-aged grass-fed beef, cheddar mayo, dill pickles, charred red onions + lettuce. $19. Optional salt-roasted bone marrow topping +$4
  • Patty Melt with dry-aged, grass-fed beef, onion, confit, hot mustard, cheddar, griddled levain. $18
    Earthburger with Tofu mayo, yuba bacon, dill pickles, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, potato pain de mie. $18
  • Ceviche with fluke, pineapple, guava, fried garlic, sunchokes, and chili oil. $14
  • Chopped salad with pole beans, tomatoes, corn, beets. $14
  • Onion rings with Calabrian chili mayo. $10
  • GGs x Kronnerburger pizza with beef, cheese curd and a bone marrow vinaigrette. $5 slice, $30 pie
