From now until December, take advantage of the excellent coffee education classes at The Loft at Irving Farm Coffee Roasters in Manhattan, and learn how to make the best coffee of your life.

Classes are offered a few times a week and take place in two training labs at The Loft, where you’ll be able to partake in sessions like Barista Fundamentals (a four-hour class dedicated to the craft of espresso) and Coffee Brewing Fundamentals (a two-hour course where you’ll learn to get the best flavors from your coffee). In the lab, you’ll have access to an assortment of the best tech in coffee brewing.

If you love the preliminary classes, you can graduate to more advanced sessions like the in-depth espresso course and the latte art course, where you’ll learn how to turn steamed milk into a work of art.

Classes start at $50 and go up to $1,800 for a six-day coffee-tasting workshop.
