ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The FF Feliz Navidog Sweepstakes (“the Contest”) is open to legal residents 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of KLN Family Brands, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible. Entrants will be given the option to receive promotional emails from klnfamilybrands.com and their promotional emails from partners; however, eligibility to participate in the Contest is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

People may enter by visiting Fridayfluff.com between 12/21/2018 and 01/04/2019.

JUDGING: 5 prize winners of the Contest (“Winners”) will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries received by KLN Family Brands whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: The Winner will receive a coupon for one free 15 lb bag of NutriSource dog food. There will be 5 winners in total. The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the Prize, including but not limited to transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sold responsibility of the Winner.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at KLN Family Brands’ sole discretion. KLN Family Brands and Friday Fluff will not be responsible for Acts of God, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Friday Fluff Newsletter. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except due to lack of availability, in which case, a cash prize will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of KLN Family Brands.

NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by email by KLN Family Brands or by Friday Fluff (whichever KLN Family Brand chooses). In the event the Winner does not respond to any such notification within seven (7) days, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winner will receive a KLN Family Brands Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability as non-deliverable will also result in disqualification and cause an alternative winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and the decision of the judges. By entering the Contest, the Winner agrees to waive any and all claims against KLN Family Brands, Friday Fluff and their agents and representatives for any personal injuries, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of any prize, and the Winner grants to KLN Family Brands and Friday Fluff the right to publicize such Winner’s name and/or likeness in any medium without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: KLN Family Brands, Friday Fluff and their agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected entries, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Contest entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. KLN Family Brands, Friday Fluff and their agents and representatives or any telephone network or internet service providers are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Contest. If in KLN Family Brands’ exclusive judgement, this promotion offer is compromised, KLN Family Brands may cancel any method of entry, void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by KLN Family Brands, Friday Fluff or their agents. KLN Family Brands and Friday Fluff shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest,and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. KLN Family Brands and Friday Fluffmake no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the State of Minnesota.

KLN Family Brands and Friday Fluff reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized control of the KLN Family Brands or Friday Fluff websites or systems corrupt administration, security, fairness, identity of individual entrants, KLN Family Brands may select the winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Contest at the time of such cancellations.

All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (Friday Fluff) has assigned the email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
