It takes a special kind of person to bear it all in a naked yoga class without losing focus on that coveted mind-body connection. Yet, yogi Randalle Love makes it look deceptively easy.

The Tennessee-based yoga teacher, fitness model and author recently published a new coffee table book that’s every bit artistic as it is inspirational. Titled “Love Yoga,” the book showcases striking black-and-white photographs of Love posed in some pretty advanced yoga postures in the nude. She follows each image in the book with a thoughtful quotation she handpicked for the pairing. Together, the elements explore the beauty and resilience of the human body, as well as the endless potential of the human spirit.

Her curation of images represent struggle, balance, individuality, strength, determination and peace — all elements we aim to balance in our daily lives. So take a moment to slow down and check out a few of the amazing photographs (and their quotes) from her book below. They’re absolutely mesmerizing.
