If you’ve finished your travel budget for 2018, we’ve got a list of ways to spend it, courtesy of travel search company KAYAK.

KAYAK’s recommendations for low-cost destinations come from the company’s 2018 Travel Hacker Guide. It highlights 10 spots that will be oh-so-friendly to your wallet. Below, you can see what made the cut.

First on the list? Guadalajara. It’s Mexico’s second-largest city and it’s completely packed with culture. From traditional mariachi music to creative experimental cuisines, the city is a blend of old and new. Basically, you can watch a Mexican hat dance in the same hour as visiting a modern art museum.

One thing to keep in mind, the U.S. State Department currently has a travel warning out for the Mexican state of Jalisco, where Guadalajara is located. As always, use your judgment before traveling anywhere with an active travel warning. But if you plan on visiting the city, know most inciting incidents have occurred on more rural highways through the state. Inside the city, only use registered cabs and talk to hotel or Airbnb hosts about insider safety tips to alleviate any worries you have.
